REBOOT30 uses a two-phase nutrition approach — an intensive 5-day cellular reboot phase followed by a 25-day maintenance and renewal phase.

Only Reboot nutrition and warm water. No other foods during this phase. Keep the body running on Reboot products only to allow the autophagy process to fully activate.

Days 1–3
Adaptation Phase

Days 4–10
