1 Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Eaulier Wellness website (eaulierwellness.com), booking any session, purchasing any product, or using any service offered by Gro Wellness Asia Pte Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not access our website or use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of Eaulier Wellness services, products, and digital platforms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Eaulier Wellness operates as a preventive wellness ecosystem combining BioMeridian Therapy services, Reboot wellness products, REBOOT30 guided wellness programs, and membership-based wellness support.

3 Our Services

Eaulier Wellness provides the following services and products:

• BioMeridian Reflexo — Foot-based wellness sessions using the Eaulier machine
• BioMeridian AccuPad — Targeted needle-free meridian wellness sessions
• REBOOT30 Program — A 30-day guided wellness routine combining therapy and Reboot products
• Reboot Wellness Products — Including Reboot Lavida, Reboot Vivo, and Smoothe FiberGo
• Eaulier Wellness Club Membership — Monthly unlimited sessions and product privileges
• Wellness Consultation — Guided consultation and lifestyle wellness education

All services are wellness support services only. Please refer to Section 4 (Wellness Disclaimer) for full details on the nature and limitations of our services.

4 Wellness Disclaimer

Eaulier Wellness is not a medical clinic, hospital, or healthcare provider. Our therapists are wellness consultants, not licensed medical professionals. Sessions and products offered by Eaulier Wellness are designed to support general wellness, relaxation, body recharge, and lifestyle maintenance only.

Nothing communicated by Eaulier Wellness — whether on our website, through our consultants, on social media, or through any other channel — constitutes medical advice, medical diagnosis, or medical treatment.

Customers with existing medical conditions, chronic illness, or health concerns are strongly encouraged to consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any session or product routine with Eaulier Wellness.

Individual experiences and outcomes may vary. Eaulier Wellness makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding specific health outcomes from any session or product use.

5 Bookings, Appointments & Sessions

Appointments

All BioMeridian Therapy sessions are by appointment only. Walk-in availability is subject to outlet capacity and therapist availability at the time of visit.

Cancellations

We request that customers provide reasonable advance notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please contact your preferred outlet via WhatsApp to make any changes to your booking.

Arrival

We recommend arriving a few minutes before your scheduled session to complete any necessary wellness check-in with your therapist.

Right to Decline Service

Gro Wellness Asia Pte Ltd reserves the right to decline, pause, or terminate any session at any time if a therapist determines it may not be suitable or safe for a customer, including but not limited to safety concerns, health contraindications, or customer conduct.

Session Experience

Individual session experiences may vary. Eaulier Wellness does not guarantee specific feelings, sensations, or results from any session.

6 Fees, Payment & Refund Policy

Pricing

All fees and pricing are displayed at the time of booking or purchase. Prices are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Gro Wellness Asia Pte Ltd. Changes will not affect confirmed bookings or purchases already made.

Payment

Payment methods accepted are as advised by each outlet at the time of booking or purchase. Payment is required before or at the time of each session or product purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Trial Vouchers

The $10 Opening Month Discovery Session voucher is valid for one 20-minute session (BioMeridian Reflexo or BioMeridian AccuPad) per customer. The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash. Availability is subject to outlet capacity during the promotion period.

Refunds

Sessions and wellness products are generally non-refundable once delivered or opened. If you have a specific concern regarding a charge, please contact us at [email protected] and we will review your case in good faith. Gro Wellness Asia Pte Ltd reserves the right to make final decisions on refund requests.

Promotions

Promotional offers, discounts, and bonus privileges may be offered from time to time. These are subject to their own terms, availability, and expiry as specified at the time of the offer. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

7 Health, Safety & Contraindications

Before participating in any BioMeridian Therapy session, customers must inform their Eaulier Wellness therapist of:

• Any implanted medical devices (including heart pacemakers or defibrillators)
• Pregnancy or possibility of pregnancy
• Recent surgery or surgical procedures
• Serious health concerns or chronic medical conditions
• Skin sensitivities, open wounds, or skin conditions in the session area
• Any discomfort or adverse sensation during the session

Gro Wellness Asia Pte Ltd shall not be held liable for any adverse effects, injuries, or complications arising from failure to disclose relevant medical information prior to participating in a session.

Customers are responsible for their own health decisions. If you are unsure whether a session is suitable for you, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before booking.

8 Reboot Product Terms

Reboot Lavida, Reboot Vivo, and Smoothe FiberGo are lifestyle wellness support products. They are not pharmaceutical products, prescription medications, or medical devices.

These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. They are designed for general wellness, nutritional, and lifestyle support purposes only.

Customers should read all product labels and instructions before use. If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns about product ingredients, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

Reboot products sold through Eaulier Wellness outlets are sourced through authorised distribution. Product formulations, packaging, and pricing may change without prior notice.

9 Membership Terms

Eaulier Wellness Club Membership ("Membership") is subject to the following additional terms:

• Membership is personal and non-transferable unless approved in writing by Gro Wellness Asia Pte Ltd
• Unlimited sessions are subject to fair usage policy and outlet appointment availability
• Suggested fair usage: up to one 60-minute session per day, subject to outlet capacity
• Membership is billed on a monthly renewal basis at the agreed membership rate
• Membership is not exchangeable for cash or credit
• Gro Wellness Asia Pte Ltd reserves the right to adjust membership terms with reasonable notice
• Membership may be terminated by either party with reasonable advance notice

All sessions under Membership remain subject to the health, safety, and contraindication requirements set out in Section 7 of these Terms.

10 User Conduct

When using Eaulier Wellness services or website, customers agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when booking sessions or purchasing products
• Disclose relevant health information to therapists before each session
• Treat Eaulier Wellness staff and other customers with respect
• Not use the Eaulier Wellness website or services for any unlawful purpose
• Not reproduce, distribute, or misuse any Eaulier Wellness content, branding, or intellectual property

Gro Wellness Asia Pte Ltd reserves the right to refuse service or access to any person who violates these conduct expectations.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Eaulier Wellness website and associated materials — including but not limited to text, images, videos, graphics, logos, brand names, product names, and code — is the intellectual property of Gro Wellness Asia Pte Ltd or its licensed contributors.

The Eaulier Wellness brand, REBOOT30 program name, BioMeridian Reflexo, BioMeridian AccuPad, Reboot Lavida, Reboot Vivo, and Smoothe FiberGo names and associated branding are proprietary to Gro Wellness Asia Pte Ltd and its authorised brand partners.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of any Eaulier Wellness content or intellectual property is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Gro Wellness Asia Pte Ltd.

The Eaulier Wellness website was designed and developed by ARKDiGi.io. Website code, design system, and digital architecture may be subject to ARKDiGi.io intellectual property rights.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Singapore law, Gro Wellness Asia Pte Ltd, its directors, employees, therapists, and authorised representatives shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or products
• Any adverse health reactions, injuries, or complications arising from session participation, product use, or failure to disclose medical information
• Any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from the use of our website or services
• Any third party actions or content accessible through our website or services

Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gro Wellness Asia Pte Ltd and its representatives against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our services, breach of these terms, or violation of any applicable law.

The Eaulier Wellness website may contain links to or integrations with third party services including but not limited to:

• JotForm (booking and lead capture forms)

• Google Maps (outlet location services)

• ARKSOLO.shop (referral and commerce platform)

Gro Wellness Asia Pte Ltd does not control or endorse these third party services and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Use of third party services is subject to those services' own terms and conditions.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Gro Wellness Asia Pte Ltd reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) where applicable to personal data matters.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms, Eaulier Wellness services, or products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
